Bob graduated from Juniata College with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology and from Hahnemann University of Philadelphia with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. He has over 17 years of experience as a Physical Therapist working in multiple environments to include nursing homes, hospitals, long term rehabilitation, and private practice. He has spent the last 10 years practicing in Orthopedics. Bob has been Board Certified as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist since 1996. He is a Clinical Instructor for Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, Texas Women’s University, the University of Tennessee, and the University of St. Augustine. He sat on the Board of Directors for the Florida Physical Therapy Association (FPTA) for 2 years and has been the District Chairman of the Northwest District of the FPTA for 6 years. Bob has advanced training in the mobilization of the spine and extremities as well as specialized training in the neurodynamics and treatment of the peripheral nervous system.

Additionally, Bob has trained in an advanced type of pain relief known as PRRT. this technique eliminates pain based on reducing input from chronically over-stimulated reflexes. It is effective on all types of pain, even chronic symptoms, and takes only 1 to 4 visits to complete.

Dana Terrell DPT

Dana received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 1996. In 2001, she graduated from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and in 2006 obtained a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Puget Sound. Her physical therapy career first began as a technician in 1996 and she continued to work throughout her graduate program. After completing the PT program, Dana worked at Hughston Sports Medicine Hospital and later at Hughston Rehabilitation in Columbus, GA. The majority of Dana’s career has been in military medicine working for the Department of the Army at Fort Campbell, KY. She has worked in acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with a focus on orthopedic related injuries and post operative rehabilitation. Thus far, her most rewarding position has been working with the military to assist in return to function and/or to duty. Dana’s professional interests are in sports related injuries/rehabilitation, injury prevention and manual therapy. On a personal level, Dana enjoys scuba diving, hiking, biking and spending time with her sons and husband.

Tiffany Leeth PTA

Tiffany is a Physical Therapist Assistant who recently graduated from Pensacola State College in Pensacola Florida in May of 2011. Some of her other accomplishments include an Interdisciplinary Arts Degree from The University of West Florida where she studied dance, theater and music along with being a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer whose special focus is in kickboxing, zumba, fitness core/flexibility and post rehabilitation dance. Tiffany presently serves as a Dance Director/Choreographer for New Zion Tabernacle Ministries in Fort Walton Beach and participates in dance and fitness both locally and in Atlanta Georgia. She is a proud wife and mother to her loving husband David and her handsome and very energetic son David Jr.
