Cameron graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB) in 1999 with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. After graduation, Cameron immediately went to work in a private outpatient orthopedic setting. She was then recruited to another outpatient clinic to be the regional director to help build the practice. She managed 4 clinics while also seeing a full caseload. She primarily treated spine patients (60-70%) and become well-known for hands on manual therapy. Cameron also had the opportunity to do clinics at the Hughston Clinic which gave her a great perspective in regards to treatment of various healthcare conditions. In addition, she was able to observe multiple surgical procedures which helped her fully understand all aspects of what her patients experience.

In 2007, Cameron moved to Florida and immediately began employment at Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy Center where she manages the Santa Rosa Beach location. Cameron treats a variety of patients and tailors her treatment based on the individual patient’s needs. She especially prefers this type of treatment setting as it allows her to deliver one-on-one manual therapy. Cameron has attended a variety of continuing education courses, most of which focus on manual therapy, spine, shoulders and knees. On a personal level, Cameron enjoys outdoor activities to include deep sea fishing, boating, skiing and running.
